- About Me:
- Holworks Music ASCAP 2008 - Holworks - Higher Order Language is a reflection of Mark Holman ASCAP artist, who has infected his friends with the will to write something new through simple music, emotional songs, and a unique sound. We are at present an unknown, undiscovered, group of folks who are open to the call of music. We are gaining in popularity through Music Nation and other Internet musicsites. Mark sings harbor horn, writes words mostly, and plays keyboards. Ricky plays lead unlike anyone on the planet. Bob sings and plays bass to solidify rhythm. Tom plays rhythm guitar, writes, sings while Jeff plays drums as the heartbeat of our sound. Holworks Songs are relocated to support the contributing artists Ricky Sparks and Tom Mohler. Carolina Commons and a whole lot more are coming. More information soon. In the meantime, please visit Tom Mohler and Ricky Sparks. They should get most of the credit for making the music on my songs as all I really do is write, sing and play a little keyboards. Finally, we have an ability to make quality demos to distribute. It has been tough going but we are taking our limitations to heart, making corrections, and will have some new material very soon. Eternal thanks go out to Bob DuRochier, Jeff Cooney, Dion Thigpen, and of course Ricky Sparks for making a few dreams of mine come true. I had hoped it would go in a different direction, and still may, but there's lots of work to do regardless. Since I am having fun, I do not mind doing it. The Holworks saga continues, believe me, it is a saga for sure!!! Look for something different, look for something unique. Look for something that will make you laugh, dance, and or sing as we keep it simple in a Higher Order Language Harbor Horn sort of way. - Mark Holman
